Navigating a crisis as it is happening can be a daunting task for you or your loved ones. In this session, our panelists will provide you with tips for working with a psychiatrist and the Community Mental Health crisis team. Specific topics concerning caregivers' ability to support their loved one during a crisis will be addressed.

Once a crisis begins to calm down it can seem like the process is over. However, many individuals who experience a major mental health crisis need time to heal. In this session, our panelists will discuss what healing looks like and how it can be supported.
