We’re Online!

Online Support Groups

Parents Together – Every Monday from 7-8:30 pm on Zoom – This mental health support group is for parents of children aged 12 to 25 who have contemplated or attempted suicide. Rather than struggle alone with how to get help for your child and yourself, join this group and share effective strategies with others in the same situation. Learn more and register here.

Young Adults Support Group – Every Wednesday from 7-8:30 pm on Google Meet – This support group is open to anyone up to age 30 with a mental health condition. Meetings begin with a brief check-in and then move to talk about feelings and topics such as relationships, medication, and therapies, both tried and true and alternative. Group members appreciate one another’s empathy and help in solving problems. Learn more and register here.

Connection Recovery – Every First and Third Wednesday of the Month from 7-8:30 pm on Zoom – This group is open to anyone with a mental health condition aged 31 and older. Meetings are mainly devoted to discussion conducted with these guidelines and principles in mind, such as absolute confidentiality, respect for others, and aiming for better coping skills. Learn more and register here.

NAMI Faith – The Fourth Monday from 7-8:30 pm on Zoom – The group is open to adults living with mental health challenges, and to anyone who wants to learn how to better support those living with a condition. NAMI Faith Group combines scripture lessons, educational topics and sharing time to promote support and spirituality in mental health. They believe that a person’s faith can play a positive role in their mental health experience. Learn more and register here.

Trained Peer Leaders – If you have been trained in NAMI support group or educational program facilitation in the past and would be willing to start facilitating again please fill out the form here with the support group or course you would like to help facilitate and past experience as a facilitator and a program leader will contact you.

Past F2F, P2P and Support Group Participants Who Would Like to be Trained – Have you taken F2F, P2P or observed a number of support group sessions? If so, you may qualify for training to become a F2F, P2P or Support Group Leader. If you are interested please fill out the form here with the support group or course you would like to be trained to facilitate and your past experience with NAMI programs and/or support groups and a program leader will contact you.

Are You a Licensed Therapist, Social Worker, or Psychiatrist?

We are hoping to provide a list to our members with practitioners who have open slots for therapy or treatment on a sliding scale, are currently accepting new patients and/or accept Medicaid. If you are a practitioner who meets one of these criteria, please fill out the form here. Your information will be added to a public list of practitioners on the NAMI website.
