At no cost to participants, we educate the community about serious mental health conditions, including treatments and management strategies, and how to navigate the health care system to access professional services.
As a reminder, our support groups and classes are confidential. Therefore, we do not allow students to observe for their studies. Please respect our need to ensure our attendees comfort and wellbeing.
Peer-to-Peer
Whether you’ve lived with a mental health condition for years or have a recent diagnosis, you may be looking for more information about your situation and how to manage it. Regardless of your diagnosis, Peer-to-Peer will help you better understand your condition and journey toward recovery.
Family-to-Family
If someone in your family has a mental health condition, you and other family members may be at a loss about what to do and where to turn for assistance. NAMI’s Family-to-Family class was created to help you and your family understand and support your loved one while also caring for yourselves.
Ending the Silence
Serious mental health conditions often first appear when people are in their teens and early twenties. If left untreated, these brain disorders may result in great harm. Ending the Silence (ETS) is a 50-90-minute presentation NAMI volunteers make to educate students, parents, and teachers about the early signs of a mental health condition, how to get help, and tools that can be used to help safeguard mental health and well-being. In-person and on-line ETS presentations now available.
